"C.A.V.S."
- (Computer And Video Specialists)
For the past several
years, St. Joseph School has offered a special technology course for
selected students in our junior high. The CAVS (Computer and Video
Specialists) work with teachers, staff, and other students to help set
up and troubleshoot computer hardware and software in classrooms, assist
with software instruction, and create and produce our bi-weekly news
program, "The CAVS Show." The show highlights events and
activities throughout the week, displaying many of the fantastic
learning opportunities happening here at St. Joe's. This
year, the CAVS are presenting another special show highlighting
our 8th Grade students who we call our "Awesome Grads."
This show features an interview with the students as well as a slideshow
of them growing up. The entire student body tunes in on Friday
afternoons to see if they've been caught by the CAVS during the week!
