Absentees/Tardies
Please
continue to use the old-fashioned telephone to communicate to our
office that your child will be absent (for ANY reason) or
tardy. Call us at 578-2742 as soon as you make the decision to
keep your child at home or if your child will arrive after 7:30.
Press 3 as soon as you hear our recorded message to leave your
message. Our most important duty each day is to check to be sure
that all students have arrived safely, and telephone communication
directly to the office is the fastest way to get the job
done. If your child is absent due to illness, it will be
necessary for you to call each day that your child is out. Thank you
for your cooperation!

Support
our School
In
an effort to raise money for our school, we are asking that you
donate all empty /used inkjet and laser cartridges as well as old
cell phones. Cartridges, and phones can be collected from
home, work, friends, or neighbors. This will allow our
school to raise much needed funds as well as protecting the
environment. Inkjet cartridges should be placed in zip lock
bags or wrapped in cellophane to prevent leakage. Thank you!

Recycling
We have two Abitibi paper recycling bins on our
campus. In these bins we can recycle newspaper, magazines, shopping
catalogs, office and school paper, mail, envelopes, folders, fax
paper and colored paper: 24 hours/7 days a week in the green and
yellow paper retriever bins located in the lower parking lot near
the cafeteria.
This easy way to recycle your paper each week will help us to
raise funds for the school. Please remember to bring your paper
and drop it off in the paper retriever! Newspapers,
magazines, and other paper (e.g., junk mail) are the ONLY items
that can be recycled at these bins. No other items should be put
in the recycling bins. Thanks for your support.
